Common questions
Can you supply a complete filter kit for one service interval?
Yes. Filter service kits bundle everything for a given interval on a given machine. Send the machine make, model and service hours and we will confirm the kit.
Do I need both an outer and an inner air filter?
Most earth-moving machines use a primary (outer) element plus a safety (inner) element. The inner is a protection element and is usually changed less often — but it should never be run missing.
Do you supply genuine or aftermarket filters?
We are an independent trader and stockist and can quote on what is available for your machine. Tell us your preference when you enquire and we will be plain about what we can supply.
Which filters does a hydraulic system need?
Typically a return filter, a suction strainer protecting the pump inlet, a tank breather, and on excavators a fine pilot line filter and a case drain filter for the pumps and motors.
